The Structure Of The Current Scales, Scope And Diversity...

Dr Sam Hazra 28th April 2015 Titola Omonini Task A 1.1 In my analysis of the structure of the current scales, scope and diversity that surrounding hospitality industry, I believe that the hospitality is one of the largest and fastest growing industries in the world. Therefore, the current scales indicates that, in the UK alone there are about 45,000 guest houses and hotels, while the hotel business stays an important area of the economy, with nearly  £40 billion of an annual turnover (Kotler, et al., 2013). The current scales also indicates that the hospitality industry have around 127,000 properties and with staffs around 1.6 million people and diverse industry. I could say that the main role of the hotel industry is to give travelers cover, sustenance, refreshment, and comparable administrations and products, offering on business premise things that are usually outfitted inside of family units yet inaccessible to individuals on an adventure far from home. For example, the hotel industry caters and provides to the needs of the visitor, like meals and accommodation that provide considerably more than customized facilities etc., because many individuals are travelling not just for business but for recreation and relaxation also.
